Currently creating a product design team and culture at Infraspeak, a prop-tech startup that’s building its way to become the world leader in maintenance and facility management.

Previously I managed a 10+ people product design team working with the world’s biggest players in the telecom industry in messaging apps, selfcare solutions, consumer IOT, TV platforms and Fintech.

Although getting a kickass UX out the door is my drive, I have an obsession with all lifecycle stages of a product from developing on the original idea/insight to gluing business, engineering, growth, content and design together.

Seing software being built is like watching plastic injection mold unfolding after being poured with ultra-processed liquid creativity.

A huge part of what me and my team do is actually centered on identifying problems before we can work to solve them.

And in the process we usually end up unveiling a larger potential for the products that no one realized could be achieved, some of them requiring creative technical solutions with a careful minimal design that moves out of the way to provide the best user experience.

We use researching as a tool to minimize ideas to their core by removing excess fat and using proven UX patterns with solid data and user validation backing up the decisions we make. That’s how we take out the guess work and elevate Product Design from an art form to a science.
